2001All regions covered! FINALY! finally has a Regional Coordinator in all four regions, an Executive Director and an Administrative Assistant. The opening of the Grand Falls-Windsor office completed the complement of four regional offices.
2000FINALY! Provincial Face to Face and Annual General Meeting, Killdevil.
2000With funding from Agriculture and Agrifoods Canada FINALY! coordinated "Excursion 2000," an exchange between young people from Labrador and the island portion of the province.
2000Staff grew to include two additional Regional Coordinators, with offices located in Happy Valley - Goose Bay, Rocky Harbour and St. John's.
1999FINALY! became an incorporated body.
1999"Catch a Wave" replaces the old version of "Youth High Tide" and the membership process becomes official.

1996The name "FINALY! Futures in Newfoundland and Labrador's Youth" was decided.
1996First Youth Council formed in zone 16.
1995Funding through Strategic Regional Diversification Agreement (SRDA) for Video Vignettes, "Youth High Tide" newsletter, Community Television events, and Youth Forums in every zone.
1995"Community Matters" document released. Regional Economic Development Boards are established.

  • FINALY! to restucture

    April 11, 2011

    As of April 30, 2011 the FINALY! office on Pete St. in St. John's will be closing its doors. We want our members to know that FINALY! is not permanently closing but rather restructuring in an effort to better serve our membership. If you have any questions/concerns over the next coming days please contact Melissa Keough at melissa@finaly.ca and she will be able to assist you in finding answers.
