Melissa Keough, Youth Engagement and Environmental Coordinator

Melissa Keough, originally from Plate Cove, is excited to be working with FINALY! Melissa has been working with youth for a while now through her training as a teacher and also through her work with the Global Citizenship Initiative (GCI). Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in political science and history, and a Bachelor or Education(intermediate/secondary) from Memorial University.

Melissa has been very active in engaging youth in discussions and activities about important global issues through her work as Director of School Outreach with the GCI and is very excited to continue this work with FINALY! and to be able to connect with even more youth throughout our great province. 

Melissa looks forward to meeting all of the outstanding youth that are involved with FINALY! throughout Newfoundland and Labrador.

Brian Ash, Program Coordinator, Experience Labrador

In June 2009 Brian retired from a successful teaching career, energized to pursue other interests. He is a certified coach in multiple sports and in 2011 will travel to his 7^th Canada Games. Brian’s hobbies include playing guitar and fishing for Atlantic salmon. This is his second contract as Program Coordinator for the Experience Labrador project with FINALY!
